Why the name executive? This 6:30 a.m. class is geared to those who have full days and busy schedules. Whether you are a business executive, full time student or stay at home parent- this class gives you the opportunity to get in a warmup, Jiu Jitsu learning, and a roll, all before 7:30 a.m. What a better way to start your day than a workout, a shower, and coffee (we have two coffee shops in walking distance). Training in the executive class covers all aspects of fundamentals, intermediate and advanced based on Bruno’s lessons of the week.
